Baalkpan is a large Lemurian city located on the east coast of Borno. It is a home for Lemurians who do not wish to go to sea. The city serves as a trade center and has ship building and repair facilities. The city eventually became the heart of the Alliance, and many defenses were set up there. Some defenses include: Fort Atkinson, a moat, and multiple cannons mounted on a wall which surounds the city.
