Orrin Reddy was a prisoner of war of the Japanese and was on a prison ship, Mizuki Maru that was transported to the alternate Earth in a second storm. He joined the Grand Alliance as COFO USS Maaka-Kakja when well enough as a pilot he participated in the Battle of New Ireland. He is the Cousin of the captain of Walker, Mattew Reddy.
